Is there a way to add a TEXT INPUT line with a product?

I would like to have the ability to have a customer add a special request in writing for a particular product.

raymc - I'm not sure what you need...it is something like "ask about product"? If yes, it is in ext version (payed), you can see demo here: http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cart/demo_ext/13,hp-desktop-pc-m7100y.html?p=askAboutProduct&iProduct=13
If not, describe more clearly what you want.
