lightbox conflict

Hi, I just noticed a problem with lightbox and quickcart. On page.tpl as soon as I input the code
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/prototype.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/scriptaculous.js?load=effects"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/lightbox.js"></script>

Its switches off popup window which is activated by the add to basket button alerting there is no stock. anyone know how to solve this.

anjo - which plugin do you use to control stock? Maybe send link to your page...
