increase product file description

hi, i have a problem.. i can't find where I change the length of the textbox for the product file description, When u try to edit a product's info.. the the product_form page for the admin,

you see this:

Files added to product
-------------------------------
Name Description Delete

I need to increase the length of this text for the "Description", any help?

sundri - open file libraries/FlatFiles.php and change this variable var $iEol = 50000; Now it is set for around 50 KB.

:( it didn't seem to do anything..

i changed
var $iEol = 200000; // 200 KB
var $iExp = 35; // this i think is the size of the textbox but also no change..

can someone please help, i have looked for a long time and still cannot fix this problem.

I have tried what merci said, but nothing happened.

ok sorry for another post, but i just found out that all new products allow me for a longer files description (thanks to merci), but the old products when i try to edit them and make the description longer, this cannot be done.
