i’ve found quick.cart while i looked for different shop systems. now i have some questions. i’ve made a layout with 3 columns, the first should be the navigation (categories), the second the poduct list and the third is for details. is it possible to display the productlist of a category and the details of a product on the same page? is it possible to upload images and using the description field to define where this image should be shown? (f.e. i upload an image for the productlist, another for the details and 4 images for more details which should be shown with lightbox).
well, i think that are the most important questions :)

forgot one important thing: is it possible to show only the products of the current category and not the products of the category child?

unnamedguy - yes, you can modify Q.C to have 3 columns and display in one categories, in second list of products and in the last details. If about images - the first added image is displayed in products list, and all images are displayed in details page, you can't in description field define where images should be displayed. You can by your own add lightbox (there is a instruction how to do this), and also you can modify Q.C to show only the products of the current category - it was described on this forum. The best way to learn about Q.C possibilities is to test it. You can use demo version or dawnload free version of Q.C.

merci, merci for your answer, i tested quick.cart now for a while, but i didn’t find how to diplay all the products of the current category when i open the details of one product.
how much does it cost to get a version which can handle sub-categories in sub-categories? and a, perhaps, last question: i want a menu that looks like this:
startpage: catalog basket (only visible if any item is in basket) information
click catalog: catalog - sub-category --sub-sub-category - sub-category basket (only visible if any item is in basket) information
click information catalog basket (only visible if any item is in basket) - sub-information - sub-information information
