more than 1 contactpage

i have tried to get 1 more contactpage, but it always ends with a lots of errors, so i dont know how to do.

Go to administration.
Click Categories >> Add category
Give the page a name in the first window called: Name
Parent category, keep it as it is: Main category
Change the window next to it: Products in that category. Select NO.
In the Full Decsription you can just use any HTML you need.
