marola - ok, so open templates/page.tpl and find


<li class="l0"><a href="?p=ordersBasket">$lang[my_cart]</a></li>

then paste it in the same file but below $sMenu1. You have to modify this code a little bit to displays it in the same way as links in left menu.

marola - maybe it will be the best to use the same styles as are in manu1, put this link below $sMenu1:

    <dt class="lL"><a href="?p=ordersBasket">$lang[my_cart]</a></dt>
        </dl>

it should looks now similar to menu1, but maybe you will have to correct some padding and so one.
