using plugin manager & stock control plug in

Hi am using Quick.Cart.Loaded_v1.4.zip and have uploaded plugin stock control.

but when i go to Plugin Manager in admin control panel when i click on it to yes so i can use it ans click save it says data update complete but then when i look at it it has gone back to no.

can any one please help me with this it also does the same on the following plugins

onlineStatistics

htmlMailOrderDetails

please please pleae help

The problem is that you probably don't chmoded /config/plugins.php to 777.
