OK so I have a really good flash calendar events file I 've written - sample here: http://www.refreshingspring.com/calendar.html - it works from an xml file - all you have to do is change the entries in the calendar xml and they are shown in the flash calendar - (If you know how to use html syntax in xml, even better, because bold, italics, colors, etc etc are supported

Dont' ask me for it unless you really could use it, also it would be wise to look up the swf object [http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/] add the code and the strings for the flash file in the long description of a page you make in the admin area.

let me know

Sorry for delaying in the answer, but I found a flash calendar, searching in google, and I was working in it, but I've found a problem because it's a closed code I cannot change the first day of the week to Monday, we are in Europe and here is this way. If I can change the calendar design and I can change the first day of the week to Monday then it'll be interest me.

Please tell me if I can change colors like my website are.
The xml file is not problem.

Thanks a lot.

As I said, the components for the days are in the xml file (a short example)
[<date year="2007" month="7" day="2">
<event>Morning Prayer - 6:00 am</event>
<event>Youth Rehearsal - 6:30 pm</event>
<event>Adult Ensemble Rehearsal - 7:00 pm</event>
</date>]

as you can see, the year can be modified to 2009 or whatever and on that day in August - (the xml starts at 0 being Jan) it will display in the popopen window the events listed - it doesnt care about what day it is because Aug 2nd is a Saturday - however on that day it will show the correct day it ids for that month of that year.

The only thing I'll need is the correct spelling for the months and I can compile them into the flash for you - the upkeep of the xml is in your hands...

Change the design...? hmmm its a calendar - did you look at the sample I sent you to look at? I think its about the same as every other calendar in the world - BUT - this one displays the events on A DAY - ANY DAY - ANY YEAR - find that somewhere - without the use of some large backend. Colors? the only "color" I have there is their logo style color - I originally had the lettering it in black - so it could be used in other builds - but they just "had to" change it somehow... so they changed that...

I originally offered this to you from the get-go -- but (hi ho hi ho its off to google I go) and try something with a closed end - oh well.... OK so here it is again - do you want this - go look at the sample - http://www.refreshingspring.com/calendar.html - if not........thats OK too.
