error when uploading picture T_T

well...when i try to uplaod a picture with a product i get this :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ImageCreateFromJPEG() in C:\wamp\www\Quick.Cart_v2.2_english\libraries\FotoJobs.php on line 238

anyone know how to solve it?

i've tryed to install gd2..but..its not working *sigh*

can someone tell me more exactly how to do it?
like 1 2 3 steps or something >.<

i have already done that...but when i look in validate it still says i'm missing gd 2.0 library.
i got windows...i installed wamp server...i changed this in php ini...not working :(
what should i do? give up?

bengt - maybe install http://easyphp.org/. And then change php.ini

okey....i changed my mind...now when i installed easyphp..i got another problem.
when i press the link in the left menu and the upper meny i get this :
it says it cant show xml-page...fix the problem and press the update button...
only one emelemt is allowed on the highest level in xml-domument

what should i do?
it seems that i have to change so its only one element in each xml-dokument...if thats what i have to do..how?
