White spaces at the top and bottom of Flash

I can't figure out why I have white spaces at the top and bottom of my flash. See link below.

in opera i don't see any flash, in firefox it is centered with white spaces but on left and right side, bottom and top are fine, only in internet explorer i see white spaces at the top and bottom
i think problem may be in html code, as i see you have two different height in that code, in object:
ersion=7,0,0,0"; width="750" height="198"
and in embed:
ffff" width="750" height="100"
so i think that is problem, you have to big flash there in IE

I changed the height without any luck. It looks like there is an image in the upper left conner above the flash. You can only see it when the page first loads or you hit the refresh button. Not sure what it is.
