Take away ''Products''

I would like to take away the text "Products" and only have "Categories", is that possible?...does some1 knows how to do this?
Or maybe hide it in some way?

I only want categorylist to be shown, not productlist because i only got 1 category, i dont have any screen, its a mess right now.

Well, to hide it was if its too much work to delete productlist to be shown.
My english sucks a bit so it can be some probs to explain, if you dont understand i will try to send you a link when it looks better.
