Body background image

I want to have a body background image (the area that is all white)
I have tried to edit templates/default.css in this line:

body#bodyGallery{margin:0;background:inherit;background-image:none;color:#000;}

but nothing happens, colud someone tell me how to do it?

Sorry, but it will change the upper blue part, this is not what I want to change.
I want to change the white part of the backgroiund.

rainbow - I didn't give you ready solution, only a hint...the easiest way to do this without complicated modyfication is make one grafic file where top will have blue area and below your image

If i really understand your question, you want to have another background under your website.
I have do this to have my background, in default.css :

/* below you can change background and font for all site */

body{padding-bottom:10px;background:#ffffff url('img/table.png'); background-attachment:fixed;text-align:center;}


With this code i really change the background of my site, this name is table.png and i was send it in : Templates/img/.
