I have a question, how can i save the content of my webshop? I'm currently using the QuikChart 3.1 and i already had several server-problems when after I lost the stuff on my server and so all my articles that i sold.I wan't to prevent this in the future
Can anyone tell me?

You will be able to create a backup files from "db/" directory and save it on Your computer and on "files/backup/" directory on the server. If You want to retrieve the backup You will need to select a particular archive. We suggest to do a backup, before You will extract files from the older backup.
