adding credit card fields to QC 2.1

I am installing QC 2.1 and need to add credit card fileds to the order form. Are there instructions, code availble to do this?

Ray Ward - you have to write more closely what you want...
Which fields do you need? We have one plugin for payment, but it isn't free and I'm not sure if it is what you need. You can see it here:http://www.opensolution.org/sklep/57,orderspack-dodatek-do-zamowien.html
Unfortunatelly it is only in polish, but you can see screens, or maybe write something more what you need.
