Changing the text of lang variable

I'd like to change the text in the Shopping Cart (orders_basket.tpl). I know that it is called by:
<h3>$lang[basket_info]</h3>
but I have looked everywhere and I can not find it.

I'd also like to add text at the top of the Products opening page when you click on the Products button. Any thoughts there?

rag - open file lang/en.php (if you have your cart in English) and find there $lang['basket_info'], then change it's value for text you want to have. Similary you can do to add text at top of the Products - create new lang variable.
