deleting category menu

Hello! This site is awsome.
Can anyone tell me how can I delete left navigation menu (categories), but I want that categories in admin stay untouched.

I want to delete this menu (see on the picture). Thank you!

How can I include category name in search engine. Here is just product name included.

mikx - too many questions in one topic... if about deleting left menu: open file templates/page.tpl and delete variable $sMenu1.

sorry if I asked too many questions, but I didn't wanted to spam with several similar topics.

can you tell me how to delete category at all, I want that my products be listed without cateogry.
If I put products without any category, it says "there aren't any products"
