Internal server error

trying to install quick.cart for the first time.
- downloaded the package
- extracted it
- uploaded to server via ftp
- gave necessary permissions

server running php5+, GD2 on..

but all I get is "internal server error"

log says:

Any suggestions?

munnikki - contact with server admin. Maybe they will know what is a problem
