inserting variables in text form

Hello!!
Is it possible to insert some variables in text form?
For example: $config['delivery_free']
Unfortunately, afterwards on the page (frontend) I see exactly the same thing. I understand why does it happen but how can I obtain the possibility of inserting variables in text form?

savan - there is no way to obtain the possibility of inserting php code to text form. This is for protection, so we can't change it.
