How to point to right language?

Tried to find the answer on the forum, no success.

I have installed CMSimple & Till's winery template as a demo. Included in the 'SHOP' files are German and English language lang/en.php and lang/de.php
For the moment it is the German language that is connected to the shop, what file do I need to update to get it in English?

OK I found it... it was right here in the configuration panel of the shop...
