HELP! Someone is hacking into my db subdirectory

twice in the past week someone has created a subdirectory in the db/ directory, then spammed people with links to their files. How can I prevent this from happening again?

bkmacdaddy - move Your db/ directory to another directory for example db_new/ and edit config/general.php and find:
$config['dir_db'] = 'db/';
change to:
$config['dir_db'] = 'db_new/';

I think that someone have access to Your FTP account

Thanks. I'll try that and see if it works. But if they had access to my FTP account wouldn't they be able to create a subdirectory anywhere? Why only the db/ directory?

try changing your ftp password. It helps in most cases.
