Allowed memory size in FotoJobs.php

Hi
i m trying to upload photo to product, but result is :

Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3600 bytes) in /DISK4/WWW/grandpalace.cz/www/libraries/FotoJobs.php on line 266

Dos anyone has soem suggestions how to solve it?

Hmm i m not so sure, it was for about 200 Kb not more :(..

But thx will try smaller one!:)
