Items already in cart

When first entering site and adding a product to cart there is an item already there. It is not the same product every time.

Any suggestions?

Good suggestion treewood but how would i do that without overwriting files i have already edited. Should I just make backups and and than upload the basic version?

While searching through the website directory i noticed the site below also has this problem of adding an additional product to the cart on the first time.

Looking for suggestions. Where should I go from here? Where should I look, I might be able to figure out which file contains the problem by process of elimination but would appreciate a little direction.

I'm kind of at a loss and am very close to making this site live and this appears to be the last hurdle.

Treewood - I reinstalled QCLoaded 1.3 in the Catalog2 directory and it worked fine adding only 1 item the first time. Then I began adding the files one at a time from the QCLoaded 1.3 that I had customized and when I got to the files and db folder is when it started to add 2 items to the cart on the first time. Right now I have a db and a db2 directory and a files and files2 directory one being the default and one being the customized. One works fine the other doesn't.

I assume the files folder doesn't really change anything so that would leave the db folder. Would you know what I should be looking for. In the meantime I am comparing each file in the db folder to try to find differences.
