Number of items in cart

Hi,
searched around but can't find any info. Does anyone know how to dispaly the number of items in the cart? I know it shows the amount but I would like to show the number as well?

frankie - You need to know PHP good. Open file 'db/products.php' and count lines using count( ) function and after display it
