My SHOP is'nt working anymore.

It shows producs and prices correctly, and lets them to add basked. But when klikked "next" in the basked. IT wont go anywhere from there. The order is'nt finalized.

QC is version 2.0 and there isn't any addons

The order id 948 is the last order that worked fine. ID:s 950-970 are the orders that wont work.

Is there some maximum amount off producs or orders ?

the file orders_products.php is blank (empty) in db folder. How can that happen ?

sampsu - it can happen in some big server load... do You have backup?

I did have backup (2days old), but when backup was driven to webfolder where the shop is, the file orders_producs.php turned empty right away.

Why would serverload affect that by the way ?

My shop is in webhotel and i can't anticipate serverload in any way :(

By the way. Can i cmod the files in folder /db 757 ? So they cannot accesset out off server ?

the file remains untact, if i kept the cmod 775 (but the store wont work)

When i change the rights back to 777 the file orders_products.php looses all its lines... What in the hell causes this ??

Now i asked from my ISP about the serverload, an they say it was normal when the file changed...

Please answer me, i'm a bit desperate with this thing :(

Hey sampu, do you have enough disk space. This behavior is normal when your diskquota is reached.

Yes i have much off free space.

The QC is taking about 5% of my diskquota

The file change happens when i login to admin and try to look the orders... and this is when rights are 777

And same thing happens when psuhed button "next" in the shopping cart.

I tested it. i put files from backup to server and waited i little... Nothing happens to files. But when i did go to my shop and place product to cart, and when i pushed button "next" in cart, the files orders.php and orders_products.php updatet and orders_products.php was empty again (the times i checkked whit FTP client)

so something when pushed "next" in cart and "more" in some orderline in orders page makes the change to these two files.

I have no idea what might be causing this, but try re-making your entire site from scratch.

What I mean by that is: upload clean store-files to your server (maybe in a test-subdirectory first), then add the plugins etc that you use for your store, then add your old database to it, see if it works then.
