error help! please

site is www.kushclothing.ca I was trying to add the paypal plugin and it wasnt working. I reverted back to the original files and now I have this error.. im sure its gotta be easy to fix. Anyone know what to do?

laidoutlikethat - hmm ... strange problem ... You dont have LANGUAGE definition. do You have config/lang_en.php file?
