Looks like they've duplicated/triplicated the fields in the orders_print/orders_delivery/, cahnged the checkform.js to accommodate the new field names -- should also look at this: http://javascript.internet.com/forms/copy-fields.html - could be a nice additive to this...

in templates/page.tpl add a <div> like so...

$sCategoriesMenu

<div id="menu_right">
**** YOUR CONTENT GOES HERE ****
</div>

<div id="main">

then you have to set the "menu_right" settings in default.css

For this I just copied the #menu settings and changed to right align etc.
