The "Y" thing

Good Morning,

just installed the latest shop version and it works as it should with Internet Explorer. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem when using Firefox. Most of the text items will only be displayed as "Y". Already tried to search the forum but couldn't find anything related.

there was such problem before, then "z" was displayed, but we dont know solution for that...

I had this problem in IE a year ago. site was on php 4 and was rerouted at my host provider. When they stoped teh routing I had the Y problem. Putting on the routing again solved my problem. Now the have php 5 installed, there is no problem anymore. Hope this information is some help!
