Your cart is empty, can not add to basket, reinstalled Q.C

This is getting annoying. I love the ease of use and methods used of Q.C, but this is a reoccurring bug for me. I can not add a product to the basket, it happens constantly and I reinstall the files and I get the same results. I have tried all the browsers I have, I have cleared any cookies.

The latest time it happened was this morning, last night I overwrote the files, usually it takes just the db files, checked it before bed last night and it worked. I woke up this morning to do some work, I checked it and I can't add anything. I didn't do anything to the files or the server, I emailed the server host and nothing was performed over night.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

After reinstalling the files and clearing the cache, works. I shouldn't have to do all that... Completely lost on why its happening...
