iso-8859-1 problem

I have uploaded the software (1.4 version loaded) in my server, but when I go in the shop cart home page, I don'e see correctly the symbol Euro (€) etc....
In the browser Explorer the coding is "unicode (utf-8)".
If I change manually the coding in ISO it runs correctly.

How can I change automatically the coding?

Try /lang/en.php and change the charset line.

In /lang/en.php
I have changed "iso-8859-1" in "UTF-8" but doesn't work.
It's an Apache configuration problem?
