Testing Cart, unable to re-order

I have been trying to add a random number to the Order ID. I can't re-order to check if my updates work... Where is the session info so I can change it temporarily to allow re-ordering immediately afterwards...

I have deleted the cookies in the browser by the way...

Hmm....whenever I have been testing cart, deleting cookies has cleared the session info, don't know why it hasn't worked for you.
