Changing buttons at top of page

Hello I've looked through this forum and through all the code under templates to change the 4 defualt listings (products, basket, quick.cart, and contact) at the top of the page in quick.cart.

I don't seem to see any code that refers to those links. Also I'm new to php and coding so excuse me if this is a stupid question : )

The way I was trying to find the code was I went to the site when loading and did a properties on the product button which showed me this address -http://www.alliesparty.com/quick3/?p=productsList so I then opened all css and tpl files under templates and then searched for that string but I find nothing.

I'm using 1.4 loaded and thanks in advance for he help.
