add newsletter function in admin area

I have the newsletter plugin and want a option that i can add a e-mail in my list in the admin area

if I add:

<input type="text" name="sEmail" value="e-mail adres" class="input" onclick="this.value='';" /> <br />
<input type="submit" value="$lang[email_add]" class="submit" />
</form>

the function will not load
any idea's?

hmmm... i cannot find it... i was going to use that free, open source one, but if there is a plugin, it is better, but I dun see it in the plugin list... would appreciate if u can point me to the right place. Thanks. :)
