hee hee... surprisingly, I actually know what is wrong... since I keep getting this kind of error... there is an extra <space> at the end of line one... remove it, save, re-upload the file, and it should be fine...

In Filezilla its Transfer>Transfer Type>Binary. Should be similar in most other FTP programs.

Sorry for asking - I already found that.
sredosite - you have to upload all files with your FTP program in Binary Mode - look for that option in the transfers.
