Might there be a little script that would tie in with the PayPal IPN to deduct stock as it is paid for? I realize it is not enough to simply subtract stock as the cart is sent to the payment processor, as many carts may be simply abandoned without being paid.

I would be interested in this too. I want to create an online shop for one of a kind products that accepts Paypal only. When a person completes a successful Paypal transaction the item would no longer be in view or perhaps the Paypal buy now button would no longer show up.
