contact altering

When i goto the "contact" section of the site.. the email form is far to the right and under the word contact there is a fair amount of blank space.. in which file and where do i edit what i want to be written under there?

fill contact category description in admin area, that will display there... but if you want to modify file which contains contact form it is templates/contact.tpl and whole block of that page is in file templates/contents_more.tpl in block COLUMNS_TWO_CONTACT
