Hallo everybody,

I have the follow question: I want to set a new start page maintaining the menus defined by quick cart. is it possible?

Jas - why don't you use Search function of the forum, is very usefull you know. Try it using "start page" as keywords, and you'll be amazed :) !!!

and read "configuring cart"section.

Hi Claps,

don't worry.
I had already read the instructions and searched in the forum, but i don't found the answers that i needed.
For example: my homepage would have to contain a sequence of images in the center of the page. Now I have my html page. I have created a new template(based on page.tpl) and I 've pasted the html. Now, how can I tested the new template?

Second question: if I've various pages not tied directly to the shop,I must create various pages like template?

Jas - Admin-> Categories -> Create new category -> paste html code in 'full description"
In Configuration set start page to your new category -> logout from admin - now you can test tour code.
Second - you can use the same technique with a main category and subcategories.

oh right! Now it's clear. Thanks a lot.

I've one question more: in a page i need to use javascript. I have tried to make as you have explained but it does not work. Probably the problem is the position of the javascript file, but i'm not sure.
