Payment options in V1.4 loaded?

I just installed V1.4 loaded. I read the instructions, but i don't find where you enable payment options or what the options are.

kappaluppa - there aren't such, I did not have time to write a payment plugin. Check http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cart/forum/?p=readTopic&nr=3142 for a Paypal implementation or search the forum.
