Need help with Plugin manager

I use Quick.Cart 1.3 and installed appropriate Plugin Manager. I got the Comfiguration meniu, but when I try to save configuration here's what I get:

How can I correct this ?

Shadowed - you can use QC loaded with plugins already installed, or check again your list of folders and files to be chmod'ed 777.

Where can I download QC with all plugins installed ? And how then I could move all database to that new QC ?

And another question - when I choose some stuff it all goes to basket, then it goes to next page where I must fill al fields (address, name, surname etc.) how can I make one field - "Country" always be set to one specific country ? Users shouldnt be able to change it.

Ok, I found how to download with plugins. And all listed plugins there are intalled ? But there is one question - now I use v.1.3 but downloaded v1.4. How can I transfer database ?

Shadowed - simply copy and overwrite the db and files folders and here you are.

OK it seems to be working correctly. I will donate some as soon as I run the store ant get some profit :) (I think everyone should do it - this product is the best, it deserves to be supported) Thanks again.
