How can I place adverts at the top?

Melissa 2006-10-15 18:27	I'm just wondering.. how can I stick advertisements at the top of each page? The size is 468x60 so it'll fit perfectly, I just have no idea where to place my code. I've looked at all the tpl files but can't seem to figure it out. My guess is that it needs to go in the page.tpl file but there's so many <body> tags I have no idea where to place it and I don't want to mess the shop up. Anyone know the answer?

Claps 2006-10-16 11:32	Melissa - seems to me that you don't have bandedCouriers plugin enabled. Try Admin->Configuration->Plugins, check Yes on bandedCouriers plugin position and then press save.
