no category shown in order details!

This is really a problem cause I have different categories for the same products and I need to know the category too: example:

category A: tshirts size S - prodcucts A B C
category B: thsirts size M - products A B C

In the order I can't see the category but only names of products so I don't know what sizes for the t-shirts the customer ordered.

are you using the product attributes plugin? This can show you what size. If you are already using it but need to distinguish between say Mens and Womens you could add this into the attribute name.

yes I am using the plugin... but what do I need to do? Add attributes? To existing groups? How does that work?

i think this attributes stuff is quite absurd. It could be a lot easier if you get the category from which the product is taken on the order email summary.

Oh I understood the attributes thing... little problem, now I don't see anything to assign an attribute I have created to the product.

ok... now there's a problem... I added products attributes and the store stopped sending me confirmation emails for orders.
