upload a file when ordering a product ?

Is there a way or plugin or anyone how know's how to make a extra field in the order delivery.tpl file so that users can upload of file when ordering a product.

(eg. for a printing company they need a text of picture file for a printing order to proces a businesscard or newsletter)..

Floyds - edit templates/orders_delivery.tpl and add input type file. change form to enctype="multipart/form-data" and add in saveOrder() function upload file and save file name to db/orders_ext.php
