Why "Cannot Write to config.php File - Check Permissions" a bottom in configuration -> plugins -> plugins manager.

I has chmod files to 777 in intrution readme, but why still "Cannot Write to config.php File - Check Permissions" in configuration -> plugins. I want to change htmlMailOrderDetails 2.0 Configuration in Plugin Manager, but in a bottom have "Cannot Write to config.php File - Check Permissions".

Please help me....

check again i would say. IF the file is 775 or even 777 it is writeable.

Same problem on me. I have chmod 777 to all files in plugin manage but cannot solve, please somebody help. thank you!

I had the same problem, i uploaded the files again in "binaries". Then me problem was solved.

I see the same error at the bottom of my plugs page, but I don't find the FILE anywhere. I do not have a config.php file.

kappaluppa - check in plugins/{PluginName}/ folder for config.php and chmod it 777.

I had not looked in all the folders and not all of them have the config.php.
I just didn't look in the right ones! :)
