orders didn't confirm

Hello.On my shop "shop.consolegames.ru" ,when the client fiil all required fields on page
"index.php?p=ordersDelivery", sometime order don't confirm and it wrights that the client didn't fill all rquired fields,but sometime it's all ok.What it could be?
