After order a need hide product (use as secondhand, just one each per product)

After customers buy product, i need hide this product for next costumer. Like second hand. I need just one each on the stock for every product. Any idea?

Did anyone have any ideas on this please? Im in the same situation.
Can the order (once confirmed) toggle the product from visible:yes to visible:no that is change the iStatus?

I need the same and have commissioned a project with the QC team. Hopefully there will be a low cost commercial solution to this in a few weeks. Ill post when its ready.

I also have this problem, I am setting up a site that only sales one of a kind items,
