How to put javascript for a logo?

I want to replace the logo in QC 1.2 with a javascript file. Any ideas?

in templates/page.tpl on lines:

There is given exactly the same for flash animation, so I tried to implement it before I post my question and unfortunately it did not work. Therefore I need more detailed explanation with an example. Obviously I not so much experienced.
Actually, I want to put a javascript similar to the rotating thing on this page

After I thougt a while, it should not be necessarily a logo. But I need to know how to add it as I add pictures.

Or maybe someone could point a topic where this is explained in more details because i don't find.
