Problems when tryng to edit/save

Dear All,
I have a problem when trying to save or edit any category/banner..basicaly everything but the configuration, I have trie to look in the forum but due to the serach bug I was not able to locate any other topic similar to this, so can ou please adviceme what could be the problem?

I just discovred that t was becaus of the permissions, but the strangeproblem is that I remember that I set the permission well before, so I see that they changes, nyways thiscould be a problem in my server

My host checks once in a while security settings on dir. and files....( well the linux distri. checks ;-) ) and changes chmods to safer rigths... that might be the case with your server too.
