Pull down menue

Is it possible to change the DHTML menue on the left to pull downs for catagories? I have 60 different catagories so the nav is being pushed way down.

It seems like pull downs for each catagory may be the only way to fix this. Any help would be creatly apprieciated.

i'd like it too! i tried to realize it, but i think messing the .tpl is not enough.
if anyone can demonstrate how to do it...

I tried to make to look like this ( http://sperling.com/examples/menuh )
but in menu.tpl i can't find solution how to make it work with <ul> and <li> tags...
If someone knows please help.
