Random Images Problem

I have two random images on each page. One in english and the other in a different language. I only want one image in english.
Please help

I am having some weird issues.. I am running qc 0.3.0 and an image randomly gets selected and posted with every product I add. I have added the product attributes plugin. It seems to have worked great until recently. I really could use some help.

Oh and also, it seems to cycle down an image list with every product I add. It sometimes deletes whole categories of products when a product is added.

What is the layout of the DB? also is there a flowchat of how QC works n e where?
