i removed the hyperlink to opensulotions and i restore it

hello

i dont know that you dont remove the hyperlink to opensolutions , so i a pop up in my admin page .
i fix the hyperlink sorry i dont know it.
but now i have a problem i want to download plugins but i can't download anything .
can somebody help me with it
