Keep out of Google's index

One of my clients asks if it is possible to prevent any quickcart files to be indexed in Google.
In which file can I place the tag
<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">
index.php ?
or somewhere in the templates?

Your client should place this tag in the file containing meta,
in Quick.Cart v1.x should it be following file:

templates\container.tpl
